Your DataKustik user account uses Single Sign-On (SSO), giving you access to multiple applications such as the Customer Portal and the DataKustik Launcher.
Each user account is assigned to a specific company. You can gain access either by completing an initial registration or by accepting an invitation from your company’s administrator.

Since 11.02.26, our new DataKustik Customer Portal is available and offers you simple and centralized management of user profiles and company accounts. User accounts that existed prior to this date were only migrated for Cloud Licensing users, who then verified their email address until 11.03.26. All other user accounts could not be migrated, resulting in the following behavior:

In the new DataKustik Customer Portal, each user is assigned to a company. The first user of a company has to complete an Initial Registration. This user will get administrator rights and can invite other users afterward.
